Best ever fresh salsa. Salsa fresca.

  1. Slice tomatoes in half crosswise and squeeze out seeds and slimy pulp.
  2. Discard pulp.
  3. Finely mince tomatoes and all other veggies and greens.
  4. Squeeze lime juice into the mix and add 1 teaspoon salt to start.
  5. Stir well and taste.
  6. Adjust salt to your liking if necessary.
  7. Serve with tacos or any meat, or even just eat it with tortilla chips.
