Easy Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 1/4 lbs. lean hamburg
- 1 egg
- 1 can condensed chicken and rice soup (use only about 3/4 and no water)
- 1 sm. finely minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd clove
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Mix by hand the above ingredients and add in sufficient seasoned bread crumbs to make it the proper consistency.
- Put into a 9 x 12 inch Pyrex dish.
- Cover top of loaf with 1 (8 ounce.)
- can of tomato sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
