Buffalo Chicken Burgers
- 2 pounds Ground Chicken (or Chicken Breast)
- 1/2 cups Your Favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce (we Used Texas Pete's)
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1.
- Place the ground chicken in a large bowl.
- 2.
- Put all of the ingredients on top of the chicken in the bowl.
- 3.
- Get your hands dirty and mix it!
- Mix it good!
- 4.
- Form the meat mix into eight patties (four if you half the recipe).
- 5.
- Heat your grill on medium low (approximately 400 F).
- 6.
- Grease the grill with a little oil, and then place the burgers on the grill.
- 7.
- Roughly, keep the burgers on the grill for about five minutes on each side (or until done).
- 8.
- When done, take them off the grill and serve with your favorite hamburger rolls, cheese (our fave is pepper-jack), and toppings (we used ranch).
