Mango Champagne Cocktail

• Lime wedges
• Sugar, for rim
• 1/2 -ounce mango puree
• 3 ounces champagne

1. Moisten the rim of a champagne glass with the wedge of lime.
2. Dip the rim into granulated sugar.
3. Add mango puree and champagne.
4. Decorate glass with lime wedge.
