Jello Salad
- 1 (6 ounce) box strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup
- 1 (8 ounce) containerregular sour cream
- 1 cup all natural apple juice, cold
- 2 cups boiling water
- Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add sour cream and dissolve with whisk.
- Add cold apple juice.
- Add canned fruit.
- Chill until firm.
