Pickled Eggs Recipe

  1. Place peeled Large eggs in bowl or possibly jar.
  2. Mix vinegar, beet liquid, salt, sugar, onion and cloves.
  3. Pour over Large eggs.
  4. Cover and chill at least 2 days.
  5. SPICED PICKLED Large eggs: Substitute 2 c. white vinegar in place of cider vinegar and beet juice.
