Hot And Sour Chinese Soup
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
- 4 each mushrooms, chinese
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with
- 3 tablespoons water cold
- 1 each eggs
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
- 1 x sesame oil
- 1 pound pork
- Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer for one hour.
