White Barbecue Sauce

• 4 fluid ounces cider vinegar or 4 fluid ounces malt vinegar
• 4 fluid ounces mayonnaise
• 2 fluid ounces water
• black pepper
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until well blended.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
