Summer Fruit Salad
- 12 cups watercress, trimmed
- 12 cups Boston Bibb lettuce, torn
- 12 cups leaf lettuce, torn
- strawberries, quartered
- cantaloupe, seeds removed, peeled, cut into 1 - 2" cubes
- cashews, halves or pieces, roasted
- 3 cups Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette
- COMBINE lettuces and divide amongst plates.
- Arrange fruit and nuts over top.
- DRIZZLE with about 1 oz (30 g) dressing over each salad.
- Serve immediately.
