Holiday Banana Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Combine Large eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add in flour mix, stirring just till moistened.
  3. Mix in pecans, coconut and raisins.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cold in pan 10 min; remove from pan and cold completely on a wire rack.
  7. Yield: 1 loaf.
