Turkey Saltimbocca (Rice)

  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle cutlets with l/8 teaspoon pepper; add to hot butter, pepper side down.
  3. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Turn over; top with prosciutto, cheese and sage.
  5. Cover; cook 1 minute or until cheese melts.
