Low-Fat Boo Cups

  1. Pour milk into large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mixes.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  4. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies.
  5. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the crushed cookies into each of 16 individual cups.
  7. Spoon pudding mixture evenly into cups; top with remaining crushed cookies.
  8. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to create "ghosts."
  9. Add candies for "eyes."
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Then, watch the ghosts disappear!
  12. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
