Hearty Beef Pot Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Spoon stew into 2-quart round casserole.
  3. Place pie crust directly on top of stew.
  4. Fold edges under and flute.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
  6. Cut 2 or 3 slits in crust.
  7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden and stew is thoroughly heated.
