Our Family's Black Sesame Pudding

  1. Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon water.
  2. Add honey and condensed milk to the ground black sesame seeds to make a paste.
  3. Heat milk in a pot.
  4. Add gelatin and stir well to dissolve fully.
  5. Add sesame paste mixture and continue to mix.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Pour into a container.
  8. After it cools down slightly, chill to harden in the fridge.
  9. Done!
  10. It will turn out to be a nice and pretty double-layered pudding, but it actually tastes better if you mix everything up.
  11. Please adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  12. Since it tastes rather sweet already, I think the honey is enough.
