Low Fat Zesty Shrimp and Pasta

  1. Cook and stir shrimp and 1/2 cup of the salad dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms, onion, artichoke hearts and parsley.
  3. Continue cooking until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender.
  4. Toss with hot cooked pasta and remaining salad dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Variations: For a sophisticated variation, prepare the GOOD SEASONS Salad Dressing Mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Prepare as directed, substituting scallops for shrimp.
  8. Prepare as directed, substituting hot cooked MINUTE White Rice for pasta.
