Lemon and Dill Salmon
- 2 Salmon Filets
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (for 2 Tablespoons You'll Need About 1 Lemon)
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
- 1 whole Lemon, Sliced, For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Spray an oven-safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place salmon filets in the baking dish (skin side down) and season with lemon pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, dill and lemon juice.
- Pour lemon-butter mixture over salmon filets.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
- Bake for 25 minutes and serve, pouring the lemon butter that remains in the baking dish over the salmon filets.
