Double Cranberry Slaw

  1. Use a food processor to shred all the fresh veggies, or use a packaged mix.Place in a bowl.
  2. Pulse the dried cranberries & walnuts together in food processor a few times until ground but not a paste.
  3. Add this to the next 7 ingedients (the dressing) and pour over the veggies.
  4. Best if you let it sit in fridge several hours or overnight.

head cabbage, baby carrots, onion, fresh cranberries, cranberries, walnuts, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, ground pepper, orange zest, orange juice
