Ham and Cheese Grilled Between Gyoza Skins
- 1 bag Gyoza skins
- 1 packages Sliced ham
- 4 slice Melting sliced cheese
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 heaping tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and spread it over the surface of the frying pan.
- Turn off the heat and assemble 12 of the gyoza skins in the pan to create a disc.
- Top the gyoza skins with ham and ketchup.
- Next, sprinkle generously with black pepper and top with cheese.
- Arrange another layer of gyoza skins on top.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on the top, 2 tablespoons around the edges.
- Turn the heat on medium-high.
- Lightly press the top of the skins with a spatula and cook for 4~5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Slide out of the frying pan and onto a plate.
- Add some oil to the frying pan, flip the gyoza disk over, and return to the frying pan.
- Cook the other side in the same way until lightly browned and it's done.
- It's easy to cut it with a pizza cutter or kitchen scissors.
- Cut it into eighths like a pizza to have equal slices.
