Peppermint Frangoes Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Add in melted chocolate gradually.
  3. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Add in vanilla and peppermint.
  5. Sprinkle half the crumbs into 24 small cupcake liners (or possibly in a 11 x 7 inch flat pan).
  6. Add in filling.
  7. Top with remaining crumbs.
  8. Freeze till hard; serve frzn.
