Romaine Salad with Chives and Blue Cheese

  1. Place lettuce in large bowl.
  2. Whisk oil, lemon juice, shallot, and mustard in small bowl to blend.
  3. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix in chives.
  5. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over and serve.
