Grape Marmalade

  1. Wash grapes.
  2. Separate skins and pulp.
  3. Simmer pulp until soft.
  4. Remove seeds.
  5. Combine skins and pulp.
  6. Add 23 cup as much sugar as combined skins and pulp.
  7. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until juice sheets from spoon.
