Italian Garlic Bread with Red Wine Base
- 1 head Garlic, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 3 Tablespoons Mixed Fresh Or Dry Herbs (rosemary, Thyme, Basil)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 loaf French Baguette, Sliced

- Preheat the oven to at least 375 degrees F. 2.
- Peel and crush garlic in a small mixing bowl.
- 3.
- Add oil to garlic and mix well.
- 4.
- Add red wine and stir.
- 5.
- Add herbs and mix.
- 6.
- Add salt and pepper.
- 7.
- Lay bread slices on a baking pan.
- 8.
- Spread the mixture evenly on all slices of bread.

- Put the bread in the oven for at least 12 minutes or until golden brown.

- The fresher the herbs, the more fragrant and pungent the dish will be!

- If youd like to make a buttery spread instead, swap the olive oil for butter.
- Everything else stays the same.
