Monchiko Chicken
- 2 lb. boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp. rice flour
- all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
- Pour over chicken pieces and stir well.
- Refrigerate to marinate at least 5 hours.
- Heat approximately 1-inch cooking oil in a skillet.
- Brown chicken in oil on all sides.
