Monchiko Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
  2. Pour over chicken pieces and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate to marinate at least 5 hours.
  4. Heat approximately 1-inch cooking oil in a skillet.
  5. Brown chicken in oil on all sides.
