Thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Using a mixer or spoon, mix together thoroughly butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Once combined, thoroughly mix in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix completely.
  6. Fold in semi sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Drop mounds the size of 1/4 cup (don't pack mixture when measuring) onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 9 -11 mins.
  9. Cool 2-3 mins before removing from cookie sheet.
  10. These are great warm or room temp.
