Zingy Ziti

  1. In a skillet saute garlic and peppers in oil until garlic is just brown.
  2. Add everything else except ziti.
  3. Cook over high heat until sauce comes together, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add pasta and reheat over low heat.
  5. Stir until well blended.
  6. Cook a few minutes to let pasta absorb sauce become heated.
