White Chocolate & Macadamia Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat butter, sugars, and egg until fluffy.
  5. Stir in the dry ingredients.
  6. Blend in the vanilla.
  7. Gently stir in the white chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut.
  8. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets a few inches apart.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
