Thai coconut soup

  1. Saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass, cumin, coriander, and chili
  2. Add chicken and onion.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bok choy, water, coconut milk, cilantro, and fish sauce.
  5. Cook 8 minutes.
