Warm Thai Beef Salad

  1. Grill steak for 6-8 minutes for medium rare.
  2. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, slice thinly.
  3. Arrange tomatoes, onion, cucumber,bean shoots, beef and coriander onto serving plates.
  4. Drizzle with combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce and serve immediately.
