Crock Pot Pork Chops

• 4 -6 pork chops
• 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• salt
• pepper

1. Add chops to crock pot.
2. Mix all items.
3. Pour over pork chops.
4. Cook low 6 hours or high 4 hours.
