Orange Dream

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 14 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 12 cup orange marmalade
• chocolate shavings

1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form and it doubles in volume.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of marmalade in the bottom of each of 4 wine glasses.
3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
