Club Chicken Casserole
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 pound mushrooms sliced
- 3 cups chicken cubed
- 2 cups bread crumbs soft
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup pimentos chopped
- 2 large eggs slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons onion, dried flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 18 teaspoon thyme dried
- 1 cup chicken gravy
- In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter in microwave oven.
- Add mushrooms and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until tender.
- Add remainder of ingredients to mushrooms and stir to blend.
- Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve topped with Chicken Mushroom Gravy.
