Sauerkraut And Polish Sausage Recipe
- 2 cans sauerkraut, mild
- 4 Polish sausages
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 lg. apples, sliced
- Boil sausage 20 min.
- Drain sauerkraut.
- In casserole dish put sauerkraut, brown sugar, celery seed and apples.
- Mix thoroughly and add in sausage.
- Cover and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Pierce sausages while in casserole.
- Serves 4.
