Mandrin Orange and Green Salad
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 each mandarin oranges or fresh orange segment
- 1/4 cup pine nuts toasted, or pecans
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Mix greens and orange in large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss until mix well.
- Sprinkle toasted pine nuts or pecans on top.
- Serve.
