Fast Toffee

• 25 soda crackers
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips

1. Layer of soda crackers on Aluminum foil.
2. It is very important that you do this step.
3. I lay the crackers 5x5 on the foil.
4. Turn the edges up on the foil to keep the toffee in when it is poured over the crackers.
5. Heat on high until about the hard boil stage.
6. Pour over the soda crackers.
7. Immediately place a layer of milk chocolate chips over this and spread.
