Ladybirds 3D Butterflies and Flowers .
- 1 chocolate of your choice to melt - as much as you want .
- 1 baking paper
- Either draw your template picture onto baking paper or free hand the drawing onto baking paper .
- Have a couple of large heavy books open to the middle ready so the pages are humped .
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water till it's melted and smooth .
- Or in a heatproof bowl in the microwave , in short 30 second busts , stirring after each bursts , till it's melted and smooth .
- Now either place the melted chocolate into a piping bag or you can do it free hand with spoon or tool of your choice .
- Pipe the melted chocolate onto and over the picture template or free hand pipe your picture onto baking paper .
- Work quickly so the chocolate doesn't set on you .
- Once melted chocolate picture is done , place it in the center of the open books pages and bend it a little so it sits into the open middle .
- Leave it to set fully .
- Once the prepared chocolate designs have set , carefully peel them from the baking paper and set back in the fridge to chill properly .
- Once chilled through , use as garnish for desserts and treats .
- Or just fun and yum on their own .
- Enjoy .
- :-) .
