Mother's Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 1 c. cooked sweet potatoes
• 1/3 c. melted butter
• 1-2 Large eggs
• 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 unbaked pie shell

1. Blend all ingredients with a mixer.
2. Pour into the pie shell and bake 50 min at 350 degrees.
3. (Not a deep dish pie.)
