Biscuit Burgers Recipe
- 3/4 pound grnd beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 refrigerated biscuits
- Onion
- Catsup
- Mustard
- Relish
- Combine grnd beef and salt.
- Shape into patties.
- Brown in warm oil.
- Drain.
- Roll biscuit into 5 inch circles.
- Spread 5 biscuits with catsup and mustard.
- Place 1 pattie on each seasoned biscuit.
- Top with pickle relish and onion slice.
- Cover with another biscuit.
- Healthy pinch top and bottom biscuits together to cover patties.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 min.
