Roasted Beet Dip
- 1 lb. (450 g) beets, trimmed
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place beets on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
- Cool 10 min.
- Peel beets; cut each into chunks.
- Place in food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
