Blue Cheese Dressing (Madison) Recipe

  1. *Maytag is a good choice for the blue cheese
  2. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl except the salt and pepper.
  3. Taste and add in salt if needed - the cheese will be salty.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Spoon over hearts of romaine or possibly serve as a dip for crudites.
  6. Makes about 1/2cup.
