Amanda's Cream Cheese Rice with Chicken

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
  4. Pour Italian dressing on chicken; add water.
  5. Cook over medium-high heat covered until chicken is done.
  6. Add cream cheese and soup.
  7. Let cook for additional 5 minutes or until cream cheese has dissolved.
  8. Serve over rice.
