Tapioca Sensation

  1. Prepare tapioca as directed on package; cool.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Meanwhile, stir boiling water into gelatin in 8-inch square dish sprayed with cooking spray until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  5. Cut gelatin into 8 (2-inch) cubes, then cut each cube into 12 smaller cubes.
  6. Spoon 1/4 cup of the tapioca into each of 8 parfait glasses; top each with 6 gelatin cubes.
  7. Repeat both layers.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
