Daisy's Red Potatoes
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
