Jen's Crab Meat Rangoon
- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 12 wonton wrappers
- oil (for frying)
- 1 small bowl water
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl EXCEPT wonton wrappers and oil and water.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile lay Wonton wrapper on a flat dry surface with a corner facing you.
- It should look like a diamond.
- Place 1 tsp give or take in the center of the wonton.
- Moisten edges of wonton with water.
- Fold into shape of triangle by folding over and pressing the bottom corner of wonton to the top corner.
- Make sure you press all the edges together so your filling doesnt leak during the frying process.
- Fry in oil that is about 2 inches deep on each side 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel and enjoy!
