Ayah's Cremy Chicken and Olives Casserole
- 500 grams chicken brests, cut into a small psc.
- 1/4 cup vigi oil.
- 1 tsp garlic paste.
- 1 salt for taste.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1/3 cup water.
- 2/3 cup sliced black olives.
- 2/3 cup corn.
- 1 1/2 cup cream.
- 1 tbsp shreded pamisano cheese.
- mix the chicken and garlic paste.
- put them in a pan with the oil on a medium heat.
- cover it and every while mix them.
- when the liquids come out of the chicken, add the tomato paste, olives, corn, salt and water and mix.
- after few mins all the liquids will evaporate, then add the cream and let it boil for 2 mins.
- pour the mix in the casserole and sprinkle the parma cheese on the top and put it into the oven and heat it from the top until the cheese become golden brown.
- eat it with wite rice or boiled pasta.
