Beef Burritos Recipe
- 1 chuck roast
- 1 can of beef broth
- 16 oz cooked pinto beans or canned
- 1 6oz salsa bandera, or canned
- 7oz canned diced green chiles
- Brown cut up roast in pan with oil.
- Add beef broth and cook until meat falls apart (3 or 4 hours).
- Then add beans, salsa and chiles, according to taste.
- Roll in flour tortillas that have been warmed - add grated cheddar cheese.
- Also good with avocados and sour cream.
