Beef Burritos Recipe

  1. Brown cut up roast in pan with oil.
  2. Add beef broth and cook until meat falls apart (3 or 4 hours).
  3. Then add beans, salsa and chiles, according to taste.
  4. Roll in flour tortillas that have been warmed - add grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Also good with avocados and sour cream.
