Chilies Rellenos Casserole Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  4. Beat half & half with Large eggs and flour till smooth.
  5. Split open chilies, rinse out seeds and drain on paper towel.
  6. 3.
  7. Mix cheeses together and reserve 1/2 c. for topping.
  8. 4.
  9. Make alternate layers of cheese, chilies and egg mix in deep 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  10. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  11. 5.
  12. Bake 1 hour or possibly till done in center.
  13. Serves 6-8.
