Mini Hamburgers
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 9 small hamburger buns
- 9 dill pickle slices
- 9 teaspoons chopped onions
- 9 teaspoons ketchup
- 9 12 teaspoons salt
- Divide 1 lb of beef into 9 equal sized balls.
- Form a patty out of each ball about 4 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
- Do this on waxed paper.
- Now freeze the patties at least a hour (keeps them from falling apart while grilling.
- ).
- You need two electric griddles.
- One for meat and one for toasting buns.
- Pre-heat the meat griddle to 375 F to 400 F and bun griddle about 350 F till light brown.
- Place dill slices and dried chopped onion one each hamburger.
- Put on ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper to taste.
