- ground Italian sausage
- hard-boiled egg
- boil as many eggs as you need, usually 4-6 for a small gathering.
- Wrap the cooled eggs (deshelled) in sausage meat to form a ball and deep fry 5-9 min or until the sausage meat is cooked.
- Slice the balls (a half inch in thickness) and serve.
