Citrus Cajun Salmon

  1. Place salmon in saute pan or roasting pan with skin side down (skinless works).
  2. Pour OJ over salmon.
  3. Cover with seasoning.
  4. Roast at 400 approximately 25 minutes or until desired doneness
  5. Variations; other citrus juices and zests, fresh herbs, smoked paprika
