Hearty Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 2 (28 ounce.) cans whole tomatoes">tomatoes or possibly grnd tomatoes">tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. (6) of warm sausages
- 1 pkg. (6) of sweet fennel sausages
- 2 lbs. of hamburger
- 1 large onion, minced
- Garlic pwdr
- Oregano
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- In a large pot fry till brown sausages in the extra virgin olive oil/ then add in all the ingredients.
- Don't drain tomatoes or possibly extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in seasonings to taste and cook 4 to 6 hrs till sauce is thick and dark red.
- Low temperature and don't cover.
